My Parasite Purge Journey: Moving Into Phase 2

It's been over a month since I started my parasite purge program, and I wanted to share how the process has been going. In my previous post, I talked about working with Marissa Lord from Good Lord Wellness and beginning Phase 1, which the program calls the drainage phase.

Since then, I've completed my first round of Phase 2 and am now back in Phase 1, preparing for another round. There have been some challenges, a few unexpected moments, and changes in how I've been feeling. I'm still learning as I go, but I wanted to share what the experience has been like for me so far.

Looking Back at Phase 1

The first phase went pretty well for me. I used the Jumpstart Kit from CellCore, which included four supplements that I took in the morning and evening. The purpose of this phase, as it was explained to me, was to support the body's drainage processes before moving into the parasite purge.

It was a bit of a roller coaster at times. I found myself going to the bathroom more often and noticed changes in my energy, digestion, sleep, and mood. I had some headaches and felt more tired on certain days, but nothing too drastic. I also started walking and sweating more as part of my routine.

The biggest adjustment was remembering to take everything at the advised times. It sounds simple, but once you add supplements to your normal schedule, you realize how easy it is to forget something.

My body seemed to respond well overall, and after completing this first phase, I was ready to see what came next.

Moving Into the Purge

I started Phase 2 at the advice of my health coach, Marissa Lord. This is the part of the program referred to as the parasite purge, which lasts about a week and is scheduled around the full moon.

Phase 2 introduced a new set of four supplements from CellCore's Para Kit. There are three levels to the program: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. The main difference is the amount of supplements taken each day.

Since I was new to the process, I decided to start at the beginner level to see how it went.

Marissa has a WhatsApp group with other clients going through the same program. She lets us know what to expect, answers questions, and shares information along the way. Before Phase 2, she prepared us for what we might experience and showed us pictures of what to look for.

I was expecting the worst, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.

I did experience some uncomfortable moments, including headaches and feeling more tired than usual. I also noticed changes in my digestion and bowel movements that I understood to be part of the program. I believed I was seeing signs of parasites being released and even after phase 2.

Having someone available to answer questions was helpful, especially since this was my first time trying something like this.

Making It Part of Everyday Life

One of the more challenging parts has been working the routine around meals and everything else going on in my life.

I started drinking lemon juice and apple cider vinegar first thing in the morning, which I added to my routine with the intention of supporting digestion and blood sugar. I also had supplements to take when I woke up, others throughout the day, and more at bedtime.

There were days when I missed taking pills or took them at the wrong time. Things don't always happen the way we plan, and I've learned to be more flexible with the process.

Just like anything else, we have to adapt to change. I'm trying to make changes that I can maintain rather than expecting everything to go perfectly from the beginning.

I've been wanting to change some habits for a while, and I'm starting to tackle them one at a time to become healthier and get to a healthy weight. I'm more aware of what I put in my body and am taking small steps toward the results I want.

What I've Noticed So Far

After more than a month on the program, I have noticed some changes. My energy, mood, and mental clarity seem more consistent than they were before.

I can't say for certain how much of that is related to the supplements, the changes I've made to my routine, or other factors. But I've been paying closer attention to how I feel, and that has been worthwhile for me.

Right now, I'm back in Phase 1 and preparing for another round of Phase 2. My plan is to try the intermediate level later in the month and see how the experience compares while increasing the amount of supplements.

Depending on how things go, I may revisit the program in the future. For now, I'm taking it one phase at a time.

Taking More Ownership of My Health

My interest in health and nutrition goes back a long way. My mom was a nutritionist and dietitian when I was growing up. We didn't take supplements, but we had well-rounded meals and were healthy for the most part.

About twenty years ago, I started working with naturopaths and holistic professionals and learning about different approaches to taking care of the body. I've continued doing my own research and looking at options that might help me with some of the health concerns I've developed over the years.

At this point in my life, I have enough experience to ask questions, consider different opinions, and make decisions about what I believe is best for me and my family. I don't want to go along blindly with what anyone tells me, whether it's a doctor, health coach, or someone promoting a wellness product. I want to understand what I'm doing and why.

I also recognize that each person is different. Something I choose to try isn't necessarily going to be right for someone else, and I would suggest speaking with a qualified healthcare provider before getting involved in a program like this.

I haven't treated my body the best over the past fifty years, and I'm trying to get on the right track for the next phase of my life. I'm working to get my weight down, reduce my cholesterol, and hopefully reach a point where my doctor and I can reassess whether I still need certain daily medications.

I don't know yet what the long-term outcome of this program will be. I'm still figuring that out. But I do know that I want to keep making changes, learning, and taking better care of myself.

I hope to have another fifty years ahead of me, and I want to make the most of them.

That's why health and wellness will always have a place in my life. And that's why it has a place here at Only One Life.

This article shares my personal experience and is not medical advice or a recommendation to follow a parasite purge program. The effectiveness and safety of detox and parasite-cleanse supplements are not established, and changes in bowel movements do not confirm parasite removal. Anyone considering a similar program should consult a qualified healthcare professional, especially if taking medications or managing existing health conditions.
